Welcome to Jenart imaging
On this website we aim to illustrate the work of Jennie and Roger Jennings.
Both get great pleasure from the creation of images on various media by means of painting and photography.
Roger is now retired from a successful career in public service, and spends time on his paintings and photography, mainly in his adopted County of Norfolk.
His work also illustrates his love of wildlife and the countryside both in th UK and overseas.
Jennie attends local Craft Fairs in Norfolk offering for sale some of Roger's work.
There is a story behind every picture whether it is a painting, a drawing, or a photograph, and the images on this site are no exception.
As you surf through the site the text accompanying some of the images will seek to give you an insight into how or why that particular painting or photograph came about.
Roger has not been formally trained in either subject. He manages the occasional trip around the country and beyond, so you are likely to see images from England, Scotland, Africa, Italy etc. He is going to Norway early in 2009 to photograph wildlife and landscapes in a winter environment, so watch this space to see if he gets any images of eagles and elk !
The slogan "Painting and photography with a passion", is a statement of the enthusiasm and commitment that both he and Jennie feel towards art and photography.
