Cley Marshes

The Norfolk Wildlife Trust has a substantial nature reserve at Cley on the north Norfolk coast. It is home to many species of birds including the bittern, which is one of Britain’s rarest.
I had spent an interesting few hours on these marshes, and as I was packing up to go home I took this shot. A wonderfully peaceful and tranquil place.
